JP Welder with IRATA Certification

This position will provide support to a project in Eastern British Columbia

• Start date approximately April 1, 2024
• Salary CA$45.00/hr based on certifications
• Travel and accommodations may be provided

• High-pressure welding in accordance with Canadian standards
• Fabrication and welding of pressure vessels
• Inspecting their welds to ensure compliance with stringent quality and safety standards.
• Welding metal pieces or components using various welding techniques., including processes like arc welding, MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding, TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding, or oxy-acetylene welding on structural components, machinery, or other applications.
• Interpreting Blueprints and Specifications

• Journeyman Welding Certification required or registered apprentice card
• B Pressure and/or CWB Certification in Process: SMAW required
• IRATA Certification Level 1
• Current safety tickets as per provincail standards
