Tacten is hiring Rope Access Level 3 Technicians to support the Syncrude Spring 2026 Shutdown. Position Details:
Site: Syncrude
Location: Fort McMurray, AB
Tentative Start Date: March 2026
Tentative End Date: June 2026
Rotation: 6 days on / 1 day off
Hours: 12 hrs./day
Perform rope access inspections and maintenance on bridge structures, towers, and equipment in winter conditions.
Access bridge surfaces using rope techniques to safely remove snow, ice, and debris from critical areas.
Assist with minor repairs or installation tasks on bridge structures as needed while on rope access.
Document work completed and report any safety or structural concerns to supervisors to ensure ongoing maintenance and compliance.
