IRATA Rope Access Labourer

Tacten is currently hiring IRATA Rope Access JP Labourers to support the upcoming turnaround season at our client site, Syncrude.

• Assist IRATA Level 2 and 3 technicians as directed
• Assist trades technicians as directed 

• Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials

• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently

• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to work schedules

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Comply with workplace health and safety regulations at all times

• Report equipment faults, safety hazards, or incidents promptly

• IRATA Level 1 is required (or willingness to obtain)
• Skilled Labourer Ticket is an asset
• CSO or BSO is required
• ESC Confined Space Monitor and Entry is required 
• ESC Fall Protection 
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients and co-workers
• Exceptional safety and quality awareness 
• Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
• Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
