Tacten is seeking a hands-on, energetic Rope Access Operations/Project Manager to lead our operations in the Pacific Region, based in Kitimat, BC. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee multi-trade crews, manage project execution, and ensure safe, efficient, and IRATA-compliant operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on leadership, broaden your skills, and drive success on high-profile industrial projects. Tacten has been awarded the maintenance contract at LNG Canada, the country’s first LNG export facility, where we provide maintenance services using rope access technology.

IRATA Rope Access Certification preferred but not required
Hands-on mechanical and industrial experience in complex environments
Multi-trade leadership, with experience managing and coordinating diverse teams
Project management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and work execution
Welding expertise, including inspection, procedures, and fabrication practices
NDT certifications/experience considered an asset
Strong computer skills, including database management
Strong work ethic with a focus on high-quality results
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
Exceptional safety awareness and commitment to quality standards
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
Self-motivated and capable of operating at a high technical and performance level
