Tacten is currently recruiting for a Tool Crib Attendant to support our team at Fort Hills in Fort McMurray, AB. If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you.

 

 

Position Information: 

  • Start date: July 23, 2025
  • 14/14 rotation, 12 hour shifts
  • Local to Fort McMurray preferred
  • Flights from Edmonton/Calgary provided

Responsibilities

  • Compliance with ISO or company specific quality programs and the appropriate use of procedures
  • Assist employees in making selections for supplies and equipment; monitor and control inventory levels of materials, equipment and stock;
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing goods to the appropriate location or stock items in the tool crib.
  • Maintain records of orders and the amount, kind and location of parts and supplies on hand using a manual or a computerized inventory system.
  • Upkeep and maintenance of the tool crib.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid drivers license
  • Previous related experience is ideal
  • High level of Mechanical aptitude and experience
  • Solid knowledge of basic hand/trade tools, welding equipment etc.
  • You will be knowledgeable and proficient in computers and Microsoft programs and work well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to successfully complete all safety training requirements
