Rope Access Technician IRATA Lev 1

Tacten is currently recruiting for IRATA Technicians to support projects in the Atlantic Region (ST. John's and area). If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you.

• Project based/call out/outages
• no set rotation
• Hours to be determined by client needs

• Assisting with a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks at height
• Proficient in using various tools and techniques while suspended on ropes
• Coordinate with other personnel on the job site to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others

• IRATA Level 1 Certification
• Skilled Labourer Ticket is an asset
• Candidates must be local to St. John's and area as no LOA or camp available 
• Safety certifications as required by provincial standards
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients and co-workers
• Exceptional safety and quality awareness 
• Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driver's abstract
