Acuren is currently recruiting for Rope Access NDT UT/MT Technicians to support work in the AOS Region at our CNRL Horizon site in Fort McMurray, AB. If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned NDE/NDT inspection methods. 
  • Utilize written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork. 
  • Follow standards and procedures and monitor to ensure accuracy of results and meets quality and safety objectives and project time-lines.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with Clients. 

Requirements

  • CGSB Level 1 Certification
  • Strong work ethics
  • Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
  • Exceptional safety and quality awareness 
  • Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
  • Valid driver's license
  • IRATA training or willingness to obtain is an asset

Working Conditions

Project Based/Outage

  • Call Out/Project based 
  • CNRL Horizon 
  • Approx. 80 hours per week
  • Project starting May 15th
  • Project ending June 30th with potential to expand to other projects after
  • Project based, 6/1 rotation at 12hrs/day
  • Accommodations and travel provided
